Career Background

Over more than ten years of clinical practice in psychiatry, I have come to deeply appreciate the significance of occupational health in preventing mental health issues before they arise.

As an occupational physician at a TSE Prime Market Listed Company, I was involved in the health management of employees including those at overseas locations, addressing mental health concerns, recommending improvements to the workplace environment, and supporting the company's certification as a Health and Productivity Management Outstanding Organization.

As a contracted occupational physician, I have worked alongside a diverse range of industries both in Japan and abroad — including creative industries, healthcare, industries, infrastructure-related businesses, manufacturing, and special subsidiary companies.

In addition, to support both physical and mental well-being, I have conducted internal medicine examinations and health consultations for a cumulative total of over 10,000 individuals at medical check-up clinic.

Drawing on this broad experience, I currently provide occupational health services to private companies and government agencies. From the Chuo-ku area where I grew up, I am fully committed to supporting everyone in leading vibrant, fulfilling working lives.
